Invitation to Henry Knox, "late Secretary of War," to join a group of merchants for dinner at the City Tavern on Wednesday, the 18th of this month.

Location inferred from the address leaf (Knox lived at Chestnut Street in Philadelphia). Date inferred from Knox's resignation and the fact that the 18th of February 1795 was a Wednesday.
