Dirck Swart states that the land formerly belonging to Isaac Man have just been sold, and that the purchasers are ready to move on to it and begin improvements. He therefore suggests that Robert, Jr. send one of his sons up there to survey the land so that any possible lawsuits may be avoided. Docketed on address leaf.
