Encloses the autograph of Admiral Dewey as she requested and a cap ribbon from one of the sunken Spanish gunboats (neither is included). Says there has been a high demand for the ribbons as souvenirs. Asks to be remembered to Mr. Frank and says he thinks fondly of their time together at her house in Jamaica.
