Writes that Daly has not/will not be arriving. Seems angry about it. Asks that his family hire anyone they can find for $25 a month and send him to Annapolis with the enclosed slip (see GLC03603.044).

I inclose certificate but fear it will not reach you in time. Get any good man you can for not over $25 per month all included. I cant get any one here I can depend upon. Dont believe Daly forwarded the box. Am very busy
