Instructs Wright to General Ambrose Burnside's relief if Wright hears heavy firing at Burnside. Relates that Lyman (possibly Colonel Theodore Lyman, Meade's aide) will inform Wright of the existing condition of affairs. Year inferred from content; possibly written during the Battle of Spotsylvania Court House.
