One undated photograph of an unidentified Union regiment, posed in front of an encampment taken by Egbert Guy Fowx. Bare trees in background suggest that the image was taken in winter. The sibley tents in the background have been erected over wooden foundations. Several small wooden structures stand on the left, and a woman and child stand just left of center in the background.
