Addressed "Dear Friend," Moody discusses present evangelization efforts at the World's Columbia Exposition held in Chicago in 1893 and the need to expand their work if they want to accommodate the growing number of people coming to the fair. He asks for all YMCAs to take up a collection to support the cause.
