The envelope has a image of an eagle holding a banner that says Union Foever. The caption reads "Not one Star, shall be taken out by the bluster of a few vilivanous Souther politicians - against the wishes of the majority of the South - who are, and always have been, in favor of the Union, and the Stars and Stripes."
