One letter Raymond James Graeff and Susan Prowell Graeff to Leonard Eugene Graeff dated August 6, 1944. Raymond writes that it was his turn to write. He had his first ever vacation from work and repainted the house and porch roof. After the chores were done they went around visiting family. They passed around Leonard's picture and address with family and friends so Leonard might be getting some more mail. They also visited Floyd Hutton who told them about his four years of service in the Marines during World War I. He mentions showing Leonard's most recent photograph around the neighborhood and everyone thinks he looks great. They are going to send Leonard a new bracelet as soon as it gets back from the engravers and inquire if he still wants his other watch.
