One letter addressed to Lucius F. Potter from H.H. Buckholden, a claim agent from the U.S. Sanitary Commission. Notifies him that the Pension and Claim Agency had suspended their claim of Horace B. Potter's death while it is awaiting a testimony from officers in his regiment. He writes that the application was suspended due to a lack of proof of death.
