One letter addressed to Mary Mitchell from Wallace Mitchell dated June 13, 1863. Pertains to life in the cavalry regiment. He suspects her last letter must have been lost when the Rebel Army captured their mail a few weeks ago. He reports that they have no saddles yet but his horse, Rock, is doing well.
