Notes that their will be a packet of letters for France in Boston for his correspondent to pick up before his journey, and another packet in eight days. Encourages his correspondent to return in July and see General Washington amidst all his achievements." Written while Lafayette was planning the ill-fated second invasion of Canada during the American Revolution.
