Written by Brigadier General Glover as President of the court of inquiry that was investigating the allegations against Colonel David Henley, former commander of the Prospect Hill barracks where many of the captured British Convention Army troops were being held. Henley was accused of murder and mistreatment toward British soldiers. This document is a response to Burgoyne's questions (see GLC04764.56) about the details of the court of inquiry.
